In 2015, founder Brian Ciciora recognized a fundamental gap in the workwear industry. Skilled trade professionals - true industrial athletes - were relying on outdated, uncomfortable clothing that failed to meet the demands of modern work. Drawing on years of experience developing technical outdoor products, Brian saw an opportunity to bring advanced fabric technology and performance-oriented design to the job site. What started as a four-piece winter collection designed in Denver, Colorado has evolved into a comprehensive workwear system with nearly 60 products engineered for any climate and any trade. TRUEWERK was born from the conviction that workwear should do more than just cover the body - it should enhance performance, provide protection, and empower the people who build our world.
