Solutions Engineer
Warp is hiring a Sales Engineer to be a primary technical lead in enterprise deals, helping engineering organizations evaluate, adopt, and expand its AI-powered agentic development platform (Warp and Factories). Day to day: technical discovery and demos, security/compliance reviews, running POCs, and onboarding customers — alongside account executives and engineering.
Member of Technical Staff - Product Engineer
Experienced full-stack product engineer to own the software connecting users to Warp Sciences' autonomous labs — independently scoping and leading delivery of frontend, backend services, APIs, and data models for experiment planning, robotic execution, and results, working directly with chemists and customers.
Member of Technical Staff - Infrastructure
Warp Sciences builds AI- and robotics-powered lab infrastructure to accelerate medicine discovery. This role designs and operates the foundation for production AI workloads: large-scale training and inference (robotics/perception and cloud foundation models), data pipelines, GPU utilization, and reliability. Core areas: distributed systems, Linux, cloud infra, GPUs.
Member of Technical Staff - AI Agent Systems
At Warp Sciences, you'd build and operate a fleet of AI agents and coordination infrastructure — a 'software factory' that develops, tests, and maintains the software and robotics behind automated drug-discovery labs. Core work spans agent harnesses, orchestration, evaluation, and cloud-to-edge/robotics integration.
Member of Technical Staff - Robotics Hardware
Designs and builds robotics and automation hardware — mechanisms, end effectors, workcells, and physical data collection systems — for Warp's autonomous chemistry labs that accelerate drug discovery. Highly multidisciplinary work spanning mechanical design, CAD/FEA, prototyping, manufacturing, and integrated electro-mechanical-software systems.
Member of Technical Staff - Post Training
Post-training research engineer/scientist at Warp Sciences who owns the full post-training loop — evals, data curation, RL training, and deployment — to improve model capability and reliability across the company's robotics, perception, and cloud foundation-model stack powering automated labs for drug discovery.
Member of Technical Staff - AI Training Data
