IT Helpdesk Specialist
First-line IT support at crypto exchange WhiteBIT: the specialist troubleshoots employee hardware, software, network, and access issues, administers SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, SSO), assists with Juniper/Fortinet/Cisco network gear, VPNs, RADIUS/802.1X, and writes automation scripts in Bash/Python/PowerShell.
