Zenergi

About

At Zenergi, the core mission is to forge a path towards a sustainable future, making a positive impact on the world of energy in a way that is simple, sustainable, and achievable for everyone. The company's culture is deeply rooted in the 'Zen Way,' an operational philosophy that fosters a sense of pride and shared purpose among its team. This ethos is about more than just providing services; it's about creating a calm and clear journey through the often-complex landscape of energy management. Zenergi is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce where every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered to be their authentic self. This commitment to people is reflected in their status as a Real Living Wage Employer and their ambition to achieve the Investors in People Gold Award. The team is driven by a collective passion for positive change, tackling the challenges of climate change with optimism and a can-do attitude. The Zenergi vision extends beyond its internal culture to its partnerships and community involvement. As a proud partner of the UK Government, Zenergi actively supports national objectives to create jobs, foster economic growth, and lead the charge against climate change. This sense of responsibility is woven into the fabric of the company, with a commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2025 and investing in the next generation of climate specialists by hiring graduates and apprentices. The team at Zenergi believes in leading by example, not only by minimizing their own environmental footprint but also by empowering their clients to achieve their sustainability goals. They are not just consultants; they are partners on a shared journey to a greener, more efficient, and sustainable future for all. This dedication to making a tangible difference is what truly defines the Zenergi experience, creating a community of passionate individuals working together for a better planet.
