What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Accurately complete delivery documentation and maintain required records.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members to support efficient deliveries.
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and operational procedures while representing the company.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible vehicle operation.
• Ability to operate equipment, follow detailed instructions, and adapt to changing jobsite conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including climbing, lifting, bending, and working outdoors.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
