009KBN-Experienced Automation Engineer

1. New equipment developing

- Equipment study and definition:

To study feasible equipment control method to meet equipment requirement with best available automation technology, IIoT technology

- Equipment design and setup:

To participant Design review

To do equipment PLC and IPC programing, setup equipment to realize defined functions

- Equipment commissioning:

To participant equipment final qualification and provide the technical support to customers

To support system engineer to contact equipment to MES system

2. Technical support and Customer service

3. Define and deploy automation standard to plants and equipment suppliers

4. Connect Equipment to MES and IIoT

To integrate equipment interface of MES and IIoT system

To provide the equipment configure and result data to MES runtime server and IIoT Box

To execute the requests from MES and IIoT system, such as Interlock and self-optimization

Education: Bachelor’s degree above of Electrical Automation

Job Related Experience:

More than 5 - 8 years experience of Customized equipment automation development (5 years above for Exp. Engineer, and 8 years above for Sr. Engineer). Well knowledge and experience of equipment setup and qualification

Skills:

Very good knowledge of PLC/HMI programming, Motion control, Ethernet TCP/IP, RS232/485, LabView programming, Vision control and robotic programming

Electrical technical knowledge

Equipment control safety rules

Other skills:

Good communication skill and both oral/writing English
