On-site Service Desk / Deskside Support role in the Perth CBD, supporting one of RS3 Solutions' clients in a large government environment. Day to day involves front-line IT support and deskside assistance, with ServiceNow and ITIL highly valued; a driver's licence is required.
We are looking an experienced Service Desk / Deskside Support person with 1-2 years demonstrated expererince in similar roles in Australia to work on-site in the Perth CBD for one of our customers. Experience in a large government support environment, ServiceNow and ITIL is highly preferred.
