Our client, a Salesforce Partner, is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the strategic design and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills who can translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate has experience working with nonprofits, understands business processes, and excels in stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and requirement gathering sessions to understand business processes and pain points.
- Analyze and document business requirements, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop process flows, system diagrams, and data mapping strategies for migrations.
- Identify and document integration requirements and dependencies.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including solution design, test cases, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical design decisions and support the development team.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution with stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment throughout the project.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years in a senior BA role working with Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including NPSP and Nonprofit Cloud.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
- 3+ years of experience working with nonprofit organizations.
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Slack.
- Experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Advanced English for effective communication.
