About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to execute and implement established SEO strategies across client websites. You will work directly with the SEO lead to translate strategy into precise, high-quality execution, ensuring consistent improvements in rankings, organic traffic, and overall search performance.
Responsibilities
· Execute technical SEO audits and implement improvements related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, and site architecture.
· Perform advanced on-page optimizations, including metadata, internal linking, and structured data (schema).
· Conduct keyword research and support content optimization based on defined strategy and search intent.
· Implement link building initiatives and authority-building activities.
· Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar tools.
· Prepare clear performance reports and highlight insights, issues, and opportunities.
· Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations.
· Stay current with Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search trends, and technical SEO best practices.
Requirements
· 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven execution capabilities.
· Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience implementing recommendations independently.
· Advanced proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to execute strategies accurately and consistently.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience working with US clients or agencies is strongly preferred.
