Contract Period: From 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027

Option to extend : From 1 August 2027 to 31 July 2028

Personnel to be deployed on the days and at the times stated below. Working hours may subject to change to suit the school’s operational needs

•Mondays - Fridays: 8.00am to 2.00pm (No lunch break entitlement asworking hours do not exceed 6 continous hours)

•About 30 working hours per week (not more than 8 hours per day)

•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays &school holidays.

Requirement:

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least a GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.

• Be computer literate and proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook).

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to interact professionally with students, parents, staff and members of the public.

• Be responsible, reliable and able to work independently.

• Possess a valid Standard First Aid certification (or equivalent recognised in Singapore).

Preferred Requirements

• Have prior experience in a school environment, healthcare setting, childcare centre, student care centre, clinic, hospital, nursing home or other child-related care setting.

• Have experience in caring for children and attending to basic medical or first aid needs.

• Be familiar with maintaining medical records, administering medication in accordance with established procedures, and handling confidential information appropriately.

Job Scopes:

The Services required are set out as follows:

Main Scope:

Sick Bay Operations

•Manage the daily operations of the school’s sick bay.

•Attend to students who are unwell or injured.

•Oversee students resting in the sick bay.

•Administer medication and basic first aid in accordance with theSchool’s Operating Procedures.

•Maintain accurate records of all cases and treatments.

•Ensure the sick bay is clean, organised, and adequately stockedwith supplies.

•Contact parents promptly when a child is unwell or requiresfollow-up care.

• Provide interim updates to parents as necessary regarding the child’s condition.

• Follow up with parents the next day to check on the child’s recovery and wellbeing.

General Office duties

• Provide administrative support to the General Office, including managing correspondence, filing, data entry, document preparation, photocopying, scanning and maintaining records.

• Assist with general office operations, including handling phone calls and enquiries from stakeholders, distributing documents and supporting office administration.

• Perform any other ad hoc administrative and operational duties assigned by the School in support of General Office operations.
