Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for driving agile methodologies, empowering teams, and delivering exceptional value? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you'll guide our talented teams to success while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead teams through sprint planning and execution, ensuring successful completion of sprint goals.

Facilitate all key Scrum ceremonies, including Planning, Retrospectives, Demos, Pre-planning, Stand-ups, and Affinity sizing.

Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to support backlog creation, refinement, prioritization, and release planning.

Participate in Scrum-of-Scrums to address internal dependencies and align teams.

Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.

Champion continuous improvement, encouraging the team to innovate and deliver value faster, more often, and with higher quality.

Manage workload priorities, ensuring appropriate sizing and standardization of user stories.

Own the team's workload, effectively managing timelines and backlog.

Support the team’s maturity journey by tailoring processes for efficiency and sustainable growth.

Provide agile coaching to new teams and advise on enterprise Agile practices.

Dedicate ~20% of your time to project administration activities, including:

Reporting on delivery status to program leadership and stakeholders.

Maintaining cost plans, financial details, and ensuring that monthly estimates are aligned.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.

Expertise in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency, and servant leadership.

Strong business and domain knowledge in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR/Legal, Marketing, or Sales.

Proven experience with Clarity or similar project management tools.

Familiarity with multiple Agile approaches, including Kanban, Scrum, and XP.

Experience with Agile tools like Jira, ADO, or similar.

Knowledge of Agile techniques such as User Stories, TDD, and DevOps/Continuous Integration.

Ability to work efficiently in a remote, distributed team environment across cultures and time zones.

Fluent in both verbal and written English.
