Summary
Senior AI engineer (12–16 years' experience) who maintains and upgrades enterprise AI/ML platforms and production AI services — model upgrades, testing, deployment, rollback, and production validation. Works with Python, GenAI/LLMs/RAG, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and cloud, with a strong security and governance focus. Onsite in Changi, Singapore.
Salary: $7,800 – $8,400 per month

Mandatory Requirements
12–16 years of relevant technology experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise AI/ML platforms and production AI services.
Hands-on experience managing AI model upgrades, testing, deployment, rollback, and production validation.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and Responsible AI.
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
Hands-on experience with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, model versioning, and automated evaluation.
Experience upgrading application frameworks, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI/ML infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, model governance, and risk controls.
Experience troubleshooting production issues and conducting root cause analysis.
Proven technical leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Preferred
Banking, financial services, or other regulated industry experience.
AI governance, audit, security reviews, and formal change management.
Cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or DevOps certifications.
Multi-model or multi-provider AI experience.
