0601 - Sales Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer focused Sales Assistant to join out team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them in finding the right sparkle for them, answering questions, explaining promotions, with a strong focus on Ear Piercing. You will also support day to day sales operations, maintain store presentation, and help meet sales targets.

Customer Service: Greet customers, offer assistance, provide product knowledge, and deliiver an exceptional shopping experience.

Sales Support; Actively promote products, assist with upselling, Sales Assistants are required to handle cash and a basic understanding of cash handling is need as you will be required to check out guest for both credit card and cash sale, you must be able to complete a cash transaction with little or no supervision.

Inventory and Mercandising: Unpack, and restock inventory on sales floor. Maintain neat, organized, and visual display standards.

Store Maintenance: Keep sales floor, and check out area clean, organized and welcoming.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, day, evenings, and holiday shifts as required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time. Lift light to medium inventroy packages up to 30lbs.
