Join Our Team as a Water and Wastewater Design Engineer

Our client is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Water and Wastewater Design Engineer. If you have a background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with a focus on water and wastewater design, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct material takeoffs promptly upon project receipt, ensuring efficient project start and delivery.
• Proficiency in imperial units (inches/feet) with the ability to convert between metric and imperial systems (Bluebeam software proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for water and wastewater projects.
• Familiarity with equipment such as booster pumps, pump stations, and the submittal process.
• Desire and potential for a future leadership role within the company.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Educational background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater design.
• Experience in the wastewater industry preferred, with roles such as Estimator, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Field Superintendent.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment facilities (WWTF), water treatment plants, and waterworks.
• Proficiency in process pipe, flange pipe, valves, meters, and construction management principles.

Equipment Needed:

• Access to a printer for plan printing.
• Computer and monitors suitable for working with large-scale plans.
