Newsletter Growth & CRM Manager | Full-Time – Remote (LATAM Applicants Only)

We're seeking a strategic and data-driven Newsletter Growth & CRM Manager to lead acquisition, engagement, and monetization across a growing portfolio of legal-industry newsletters. This is a full-time, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, loves working with data, and wants to build scalable systems that fuel sustainable subscriber growth.

You’ll be at the center of an expanding digital content ecosystem, shaping and optimizing the full newsletter lifecycle — from lead generation to retention to sponsorship reporting. You’ll collaborate with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to turn engaged subscribers into loyal readers and revenue.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute organic list-building strategies (lead magnets, promos, content upgrades)
• Optimize signup flows and lead capture across key pages and platforms
• Collaborate with SEO/content teams to turn top-performing content into growth funnels
• Launch and manage referral, ambassador, and partner programs
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and send times
• Build performance dashboards and define KPIs across the subscriber journey
• Partner with sales teams on sponsor segmentation, delivery, and reporting
• Support onboarding flows, re-engagement campaigns, and subscriber segmentation
• Champion the subscriber experience through behavior-based targeting and lifecycle journeys

What You Bring:

• Experience growing newsletter audiences through organic channels
• Deep knowledge of platforms like ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or Beehiiv
• Skilled in lifecycle emails, signup funnel optimization, and segmentation
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with testing frameworks
• Project management and cross-team communication skills
• Bonus: background in B2B, legal, or media content environments

Compensation & Perks:
