🧩 What You’ll Do
Influencer Seeding & Campaign Execution- Research and engage with creators for paid and gifted product partnerships
- Manage communication with creators and track deliverables against deadlines
- Draft contracts, collect mailing info, and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams
- Maintain real-time records of campaign statuses, deliverables, and next steps
- Upload, tag, and organize paid ad assets in our internal creative tracker
- Keep our creative asset library clean, searchable, and rights-compliant
- Align with Growth and Creative teams on product launches, promos, and seasonal pushes
- Help roll out and manage our new Creator Club initiative
- Recruit and onboard superfans to create content for paid social and organic
- Distribute briefs, review submissions, and act as point-of-contact for contributors
🎯 You Might Be a Great Fit If...
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, creator support, or social media coordination role (internships count!)
- You pride yourself on staying organized—nothing falls through the cracks when you’re on it
- You’re a strong communicator and don’t hesitate to follow up when needed
- You're quick to pick up tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or Ads Manager
- You’re comfortable taking ownership and jumping in to get things done—even the scrappy tasks
- Bonus points if you’ve used creator platforms, managed influencer outreach, or dabbled in paid social
- Extra bonus if you love crafts or have experience with creative communities

- Compensation: $1,200–$1,400 USD/month
- Work Hours: 9am–5pm PT (flexibility required for time zone alignment)
