Summary
Manages HDB construction projects, prepares tender docs, monitors budgets, and negotiates with contractors to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Role:
Project Management Executive cum QS
- Salary Range: Basic $2500 - $4000 + Performance Bonus
- Working day& time: 5.5 days Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) ; Saturday (8am – 12pm)
- Working location: Kaki Bukit
Job Requirement:
- Preferably experience in main contractor HDB project and Tender team.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Electrical & mechanical knowledge
Job Description:
- Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documents.
- Manage and monitor all financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they remain within budget.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contractual matters to ensure smooth project execution.
- Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors based on requirements, specifications, and schedules.
- Review and negotiate with contractors for cost-saving strategies, from rough estimates to final price approvals.
- Prepare detailed schedules for the site team to ensure timely completion of scheduled work.
- Oversee project administration and documentation.
- Maintain good relationships with external parties, including clients, architects/consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities/personnel.
