Relief Van Sales Driver

Responsibilities

Visit assigned retail outlets to sell products as per route schedule.
Process customer orders accurately, collect payments (if required), and complete required paperwork.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote products effectively. Ensure execution in outlets, including share of shelf and promotion compliance.
Manage returns from customers, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Prepare, load and unload stocks to & from the truck efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all products are handled with care. Check stock levels and accuracy where necessary.
Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, gas and oil levels, ensuring it is in good working condition and reporting any issues promptly.
Maintain a valid driver license and good driver record.
Loading and unloading of goods when needed
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

Requirements:

Min 2 years of relevant working experience. Previous van sales experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Possess Class 3 driving license.
