0731 - Warehouse Operations Coordinator (Up to $3000)

Role:

Store Operations Coordinator (Warehouse)

• Salary: $2500 - $3000
• Working Days: Mon – Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am – 1pm
• Working Location: Jln Ampas (Nearest MRT - Boon Keng)

Job Scope:

Receiving & Inspection

* Receive incoming ship spares from local suppliers, airport cargo terminals, and port facilities.

* Verify quantities, part numbers, and conditions against AWB, CIPL, packing lists, and delivery orders.

* Report discrepancies or damages to the Operations Supervisor immediately.

* Ensure proper identification and tagging of all incoming cargo.

Storage & Inventory Management

* Allocate cargo into designated storage locations based on size, sensitivity, and customer requirements.

* Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

* Conduct daily and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.

* Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Picking, Packing & Dispatch

* Prepare ship spares for delivery to vessels, agents, airports, or customers’ premises.

* Pick and pack items according to picklists and delivery instructions.

* Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors for timely dispatch.

* Ensure proper documentation is attached, including DOs, packing lists, and customs paperwork where required.

Cargo Handling & Movement

* Use forklift, pallet jack, or manual handling equipment to move cargo safely.

* Support unstuffing/stuffing of containers and loose cargo handling.

* Follow safe-handling procedures for heavy, fragile, or high-value ship spares.

Documentation & System Updates

* Update WMS with receiving, storage, and dispatch information in real time.

* File and maintain documentation for audit and traceability.

* Assist with preparing reports (e.g., daily receiving reports, inventory summary, cargo movement logs).

Coordination & Customer Service

* Liaise with operations, customer service, and transport teams to ensure smooth cargo flow.

* Assist walk-in customers, vessel agents, and vendors collecting or delivering ship spares.

* Provide accurate updates on cargo readiness and location.

Compliance & Safety

* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company SOPs and safety regulations.

* Use PPE and follow WHS guidelines at all times.

* Report unsafe practices, near misses, or hazards promptly.

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
• With experience in ship spares logistics is an advantage
• Possess Forklift licence
