0810 Operation Assistant/Pioneer

Contract Period: From 1 Nov 2026 to 31 Dec 2027 (14 months)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
•Mondays to Thursdays: 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
•Fridays: 10:30am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
•Services not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Requirements:
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
•Possess at least a Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) Normal (Academic/Technical) Level with a Pass in English.
•Preferably three (3) years of relevant working experience in a related field
•Preferably possess a valid Fire Safety Manager certification.
•Good communication and inter-personal skills.
•General computer skills (E.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Job Scopes:
The Operations Assistant supports the Operations Manager in the smooth running of the school’s day-to-day operations. The job involves coordinating operational matters, monitoring facilities and services, following up with vendors and contractors, and ensuring that operational and safety requirements are carried out in a timely and effective manner.
The Operations Assistant should possess good practical sense, sound organisational and coordination skills, and an understanding of facilities and logistics management. He/she will play an important role in the planning and execution of assigned operational duties.
The Services required are set out as follows:
•Support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day management and coordination of school operations, facilities and services to ensure a safe learning environment.
•Coordinate and follow up with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contractor and its Service Partners on maintenance, repairs, facilities improvement works and service matters.
•Assist the Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating OSOs in the execution of their operational duties.
•Support the Operations Manager in the preparation of quotations, work requests, infrastructure-related budgets, project proposals and other operational documentation.
•Support the implementation and monitoring of school safety, security, emergency preparedness and workplace safety measures.
•Support in the management of student discipline-related matters where required.
•Perform any other duties as assigned by School Management.
•Staff is required to sign an undertaking to safeguard official information.
