1 Year Banking Customer Service Officer (Fraud Team) | Alexandra / Pasir Panjang | Up to $3700 #NKA

Location: Alexandra / Pasir Panjang

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM with 1hour meal break

Salary: Up to $3700 + 2 months completion bonus (depending on performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound call handling for accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries;
• Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers;
• Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers’ information
• Assist in any duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Able to do OTs if required
• Past experience in contact centre/customer service role
