1 Year Buyer / Procurement (Elevator / Escalator) | Kaki Bukit | Up to $4200 #NKA

Location: Kaki Bukit

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $4200 + completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and compare quotations, pricing, terms and product/service quality from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Process purchase requisitions, quotations and Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with requestors, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment.
• Conduct vendor assessment, qualification and subcontractor induction.
• Support tender purchasing from sourcing and evaluation to award.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly spending/savings reports and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Identify and propose purchasing process improvements.
• Support ad hoc projects and activities as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Knowledge in the elevator and escalator industry
• Experience in vendor management.
• Supply chain experience will be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Purchasing principles.
