1 Year Contract Customer Service Assistant - $2.6K , Central

Working hours : 5 day work week; 42 hours per week

• Mon to Fri : 630AM to 330PM/4PM OR 10AM/11AM to 8PM
• Sat : 630AM to 3PM

Job Scope

- Perform patient’s admission and registration via physical counter or mobile counter

- Perform financial counselling – explain hospital agreement, estimated charges, advise on Medisave/Medishield/private shield payment arrangements, collect deposits

- Perform billing and cashiering - process bill upon discharge, present bill for payment collection (call the dr)

- To request for Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers, follow up for LOGs

- Reply to BO related queries via email or calls
