Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls on account services, products, campaigns and general enquiries
• Follow up on customer cases and ensure timely resolution
• Process customer requests accurately while maintaining confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned

• Experience in Customer Service functions
