Summary
Oversee workplace safety and environmental compliance in a manufacturing environment, conducting audits, training, and risk assessments under Singapore’s EHS regulations.
Duties:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the site's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore EHS regulations and company policies.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Organize EHS training, safety meetings, and promote a strong safety culture.
- Act as the Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), providing safety guidance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and QC teams to drive EHS compliance and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline
- Mandatory WSH Level C certification (recognized by MOM).
