1 Year Contract Financial Planning & Analyst - $7000 #BKY
Summary
This role involves monitoring financial performance, preparing management reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes for the SEA region. The analyst will also participate in finance systems implementation and UAT to ensure reporting consistency across the East Asia region.
Responsibilities
- Monitor SEA country financial performance against approved budgets, including revenue, costs, returns, RWA, and NIM, to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Communicate financial forecasts and performance analysis clearly to Regional and International Finance teams, key business stakeholders, country CEOs, and East Asia CEO
- Prepare and submit Management Information (MI) reports for SEA countries accurately and on time, including performance packs, recurring MI, ad hoc reports, EXCO, and ALCO reporting
- Support finance systems implementation and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Group Finance and Regional projects to ensure successful deployment
- Standardize MI packs, including ALCO and EXCO packs, across the East Asia Region to enhance reporting consistency
- Provide meaningful financial insights, commentary, and variance analysis on SEA country performance to support decision-making
- Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process for SEA countries in alignment with strategic priorities
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues across East Asia to achieve objectives and drive coordinated, high-quality customer service within Finance teams
