The Job:

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update personal details in HR systems.
• Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries across platforms, providing timely and accurate guidance
• Work Pass & Compliance
• Perform updates for employees’ residential addresses and manage work pass renewals
• Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes, promoting fair and consistent practices
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and share insights with management to improve employee experience and retention

SALARY RANGE: $3,800 to $4,300
