1 Year Contract Insurance Client Servicing Case Manager (High Net Worth) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage end to end concierge services and case management for new insurance business applications across relevant service channels.
• Provide timely application status updates to advisers and follow up on outstanding documents, requirements and premium payments.
• Coordinate medical requirements for insurance applications; arrange follow ups with clinics and hospitals on medical reports and outstanding information.
• Liaise between advisers and Underwriters to facilitate the assessment of substandard cases and resolve new business application related queries or disputes.
• Monitor external service providers to ensure services are delivered within agreed service level standards and turnaround times.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and support ad hoc assignments relating to new business and concierge services.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in insurance operations, new business, policy servicing or case management is preferred
