1 Year Contract Market Conduct & Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Banking) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Support market conduct and regulatory compliance activities for the Consumer Banking business, including regulatory risk and cross border compliance matters.
• Conduct assessments relating to CMFAS exemptions and Fit & Proper requirements for the appointment and recruitment of sales personnel.
• Review regulatory developments and coordinate the communication and implementation of relevant regulatory requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Support the annual recertification exercise, including preparation, coordination, tracking and follow up with relevant business units.
• Perform periodic reviews of country specific cross border marketing guidelines to ensure requirements remain current and appropriately documented.
• Participate in compliance projects and process enhancements aimed at strengthening regulatory frameworks, controls and operational clarity.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, market conduct, risk, audit or banking operations preferred.
