1 year contract Patient Service Associate (Punggol / Marine Parade /Pasir Ris) - $2500 Fixed #HKH
Summary
Patient-facing role in Singapore’s healthcare sector handling registration, appointments, payments, and basic health monitoring at clinics in Punggol, Marine Parade, or Pasir Ris.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
- No exp needed, training provided
- Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory
$2500 (Fixed salary)
