1 Year Contrast System Analyst ( HEALTHCARE ) - EAST
Summary
1-year contract System Analyst role (via Recruit Express) analysing and transforming laboratory workflows and test reporting systems for onboarding onto Singapore's National Electronic Health Record (NEHR), covering requirements gathering, UAT, and defect tracking, with the programme targeting NEHR onboarding completion by September 2027.
Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Analyse and transform laboratory workflows, systems, and test reporting processes for onboarding to the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR).
Gather business requirements, document system specifications, and identify process improvements.
Coordinate system implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution.
Work closely with laboratory users, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful system integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support the programme’s target to complete NEHR onboarding by September 2027.
Job Requirements
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant healthcare IT experience may also apply.
2–5 years of experience in healthcare IT, business analysis, clinical systems, laboratory information systems (LIS), or healthcare operations.
Experience in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system implementation, UAT, and defect management.
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
