Job Responsibilities:

Enterprise Reporting Strategy: Define the enterprise reporting architecture, strategy, standards, and roadmap across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
Reporting Standardization & KPI Governance: Establish standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, report rationalization, and data governance in partnership with business stakeholders.
Reporting & Dashboard Delivery: Lead the delivery of operational reports, analytics, and executive dashboards aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.
Data Modelling & Semantic Layer: Design and develop reusable CDS Views, BW models, Datasphere semantic models, and trusted business data products to support a single source of truth.
SAP Reporting & Analytics: Leverage SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC to deliver scalable and high-quality reporting solutions.
Quality, Performance & Adoption: Drive testing, deployment, performance optimization, user training, adoption, and hyper care support to ensure sustainable reporting solutions.
Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful delivery of reporting and analytics initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Experience in SAP S/4HANA, with reporting lead experience being essential.
Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation projects.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with enterprise reporting, KPI governance, and data models.
Ability to lead reporting delivery across multiple functions, markets, or countries.
