Duration: 1 year contract
Salary: Up to $6000 + completion bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial trade transactions, including verifying trade details and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for handling and processing assigned commercial and trade transaction types within specified value chains.
- Contribute to process definition and the operationalization of change to ensure efficient and effective handling, and processing assigned commercial and trade transaction types.
- Support the post-trade processing activities, such as trade settlement, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any trade settlement issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain transaction records and documentation, ensuring proper filing and organization for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to contract performance and trade activities.
- Follow up and perform month-end update of paper deals in trading system.
- Ensure financial compliance, including closing period reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Finance or related discipline
- Good understanding of trade transactions and compliance
