Toa Payoh | 9am - 6pm Mon‑Fri | 1 year contract (renewable / convertible)
Key Responsibilities- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity mockups
- Design and maintain a consistent design system / component library
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user‑centered designs
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product lifecycle
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile products
- Customer‑facing experience, in particular on e‑commerce
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design process
- Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles and design thinking
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers
- Experience with motion design / micro‑interactions
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
