Key Result Areas:
- Collect and record data from the CCO Division’s administrative functions to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Carry out and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and periodic reports to support the management decision-making and ensure transparency across administrative functions
- Inspect the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data across administrative functions to strengthen decision-making
- Present findings and insights in clear, concise formats tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with the departments to assess strategies, policies, and processes; Provide data-backed recommendations to align administrative operations with organizational objectives and foster efficiency
- Support annual planning, resource allocation, and forecasting activities by delivering accurate data analysis and scenario modelling
- Conduct periodic reviews of workflows and administrative processes to highlight inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Inspect audit findings, risk indicators, and compliance reports to identify potential gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Contribute to budgetary analysis, cost optimization, and expenditure tracking to ensure alignment with organizational targets
- Drive initiatives through benchmarking, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the Division
- Support the development and standardization of operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure proper documentation of data, reports, and processes
- Collaborate with different sections within the Division to ensure data alignment, share insights, and coordinate on key projects. Built and create multiple narrative dashboard for insights and performance mapping
- Translate complex datasets into strategic insights to support leadership decision-making and prioritization
- Support data literacy and capability building within the Division by training colleagues on effective dashboard and report usage
- Record data usage and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine analytical tools, ensuring dashboards and reports remain relevant and user-friendly
- Inspect data integrity and accessibility in Sijilati by applying governance standards, metadata structures, and retention policies for long-term archiving of divisional files
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant full-time work experience in data analysis, business analysis, or performance reporting, preferably within large organizations
- Strong ability to collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or equivalent); Familiarity with statistical methods, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively across departments, engage stakeholders, and support cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present programming ideas; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
