Job Purpose

• Provide support and facilitate on environmental scanning, collate and analyze market data for mgmt. discussion
• Compilation and custodian of the centralise data for decision making

Main Accountabilities

1. Facilitate and provide support on environmental scanning, collate and analyze market data for mgmt. discussion and formulation of appropriate response to protect the interest of the Group.
2. Provide support on periodic issuance of market & benchmarking report & insight for group and business level reference and planning.
3. Provide support on issuance of key assumptions for the annual budget exercise in line with CSP of the Group and Strategic Finance inputs.
4. Provide support in compiling and ensuring up to date centralize database comprising the following data:
   a. Macro-economic data
   b. Property market data (all property sectors)
   c. MREIT performance data
   d. Comp. set (Main board property counter)
   e. KLCC GoC asset performance data (all portfolio)
5. Facilitate with operational and financial data owners on updating the centralise database with up-to-date data
6. Provide support on market study request within the group (Internal & External):
   a. Preparation of Scope of works
   b. Technical and Commercial specifications with advise from subject matter experts
   c. Coordination with Group procurement

Requirements

1. Property industry background with experience in property investment/development/property consulting.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Real estate/Valuation/Economic.
3. 2 to 5 years work experience in property consulting/research/property investment.
