Job position: Operations Support Staff

Name of Authority: Pei Chun Public School

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Normal school days, Mondays to Fridays: 4:00am to 6:00am and 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Personnel may return home between duty periods.

Occasional duties after 8:00pm and similar Saturday duties may be required. The specified deployment hours are fixed.

Service generally not required on Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Requirements:

Primary school education is preferred.

Spoken English for understanding instructions and coordinating school operations is preferred.

At least three years of school-based work experience is an advantage.

Job Scopes:

1. Patrol the school before normal school operations, from 4:00am to 6:00am.

2. Patrol the school after closing, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

3. Provide occasional later-evening and Saturday operational support as directed.

4. Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by the school leadership.
