Job Summary
The Performance Marketing Video Editor will be responsible for creating and editing engaging video content, tailored for performance marketing campaigns. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles, video production, and editing techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating videos for social media, paid advertising, and other digital platforms, with a focus on driving conversions and enhancing user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Create and Edit Video Content: Produce high-quality video content for various digital marketing channels, including social media ads, YouTube, website videos, and more.
Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audience, and messaging, ensuring video content aligns with marketing strategies.
Optimize Videos for Performance: Edit and optimize videos to maximize viewer engagement and conversion rates. This includes A/B testing different video formats, lengths, and styles.
Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest video marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve video content and strategies.
Analyze and Report: Monitor and analyze the performance of video content, providing insights and recommendations for improvements based on data and analytics.
Manage Video Assets: Organize and manage a library of video assets, ensuring efficient retrieval and reuse of content.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a video editor, preferably within a performance marketing context. Experience with creating videos for social media and digital ads is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles and how video content can drive performance and engagement.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and analytics to make informed decisions about video content and performance.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
