We’re looking for a Sr. Digital PR Specialist to join their remote-first team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in link building, online reputation management, and digital PR strategy. You’ll play a key role in boosting brand visibility and authority across digital channels.

About the Role
As a Sr. Digital PR Specialist, you’ll lead strategic link building campaigns, manage review site profiles, engage authentically on Reddit, and coordinate award submissions. You’ll work closely with content, SEO, and creative teams to ensure a consistent and polished online presence.

Responsibilities

• Link Building: Plan, execute, and optimize digital PR campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources, improving site authority and organic rankings.
• Reddit Engagement: Actively participate in relevant Reddit communities, building authentic relationships and earning brand mentions or placements that drive traffic and trust.
• Review Site Management: Oversee and update profiles on third-party review platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely responses to reviews.
• Online Presence: Ensure that the overall online presence is uniform (updated logos, pictures, etc) and that everything is up-to-date.
• Award Submissions: Identify, coordinate, and submit award applications to enhance brand reputation and industry credibility.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on digital PR efforts and link building performance, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the Content, SEO, and Creative Teams to align PR initiatives with broader marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
• Up-To-Date: Stay current with industry trends, digital PR best practices, and Google algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge and proactively identify new opportunities.
• Reputation Oversight: Monitor and manage online brand reputation, swiftly addressing any issues or negative feedback on digital platforms.

Role Requirements

• Hands-On Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in digital PR, link building, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in digital PR campaigns, link building, and online reputation management; experience with PR, outreach, and analytics tools (e.g., BuzzStream, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics). Familiarity with Reddit community engagement and review site management required.
• Creative Skills: Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, with the skill to craft compelling outreach messages and submissions.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when managing multiple submissions and outreach campaigns.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building relationships both internally and externally.
