RAYUS Radiology is looking for an HR Intern to join our team. The Human Resources Intern will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with a broad Human Resources team. This role will provide support to the organization and HR team in completing strategic goals and initiatives across multiple HR functions. This position will manage a variety of projects and initiatives that will directly impact various areas of the team. This HR Intern position has a weekday schedule.

(75%) Recruiting Strategy Support

• Works with HR team to implement the company's diversity outreach plan
• Identifies career fairs and other communication outreach opportunities in markets across the country
• Creates a model for partnering with colleges
• Partners with HR Recruiting team to implement new recruiting module

(15%) Other Project and Team Support

• Provides project support for various HR strategic initiatives as assigned
• Maintains a high level of integrity and discretion in the handling of confidential information

(10%) Performs other duties as assigned
