JOB SUMMARY
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of all hotel linens and guest laundry. This role supports the team by maintaining an efficient laundry operation, contributing to the overall guest experience and hotel operations. This will be an evening role, working PM Hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS

• Operational Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens and guest laundry.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and equipment.

• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.

• Guest Services

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special laundry requests.

• Team Support and Training

• Assist in training new laundry attendants as needed.

• Support team performance by collaborating with colleagues.

• Communication and Reporting

• Communicate effectively with the housekeeping manager and other departments.

• Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately.

• Safety & Compliance

• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.

• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
