Guardian Recovery - New PathwayThis is a virtual position.
1099 pay per group facilitated: $75.00 to $125.00 based on level of license and experience.
Masters level clinical licensure in New Jersey is required (LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LSW).
About Us:Guardian Recovery - New Pathway provides evidence-based outpatient addiction treatment in New Jersey, helping individuals overcome substance use disorders while maintaining their daily responsibilities. With locations in Pine Brook and Bayonne, our programs support clients throughout Northern New Jersey with flexible and personalized care.
Our outpatient programs include Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and standard outpatient treatment, allowing clients to receive structured therapy and medical support while continuing work, school, and family life. Each recovery plan is customized by our licensed clinical team to address the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of addiction.
Schedule: Flexible and Virtual!
Mental Health and Substance Abuse Disorder programming tracks are available:
Mornings 9AM to 12PM (two separate 1-hour-and-15-minute long sessions)
Evenings 6PM to 9PM (two separate 1-hour-and-15-minute long sessions)

We're expanding as an organization, and with this growth we're looking to augment our staff by bringing on a Group Facilitator to provide the best support possible to our clients seeking mental health services.
Please note this is a 1099 Independent Contractor position without benefits or a set schedule. The ideal candidate for us would be someone who is available to pick up group facilitation sessions on a case-by-case basis.
Group Facilitator Responsibilities:
- Facilitate therapeutic groups for individuals undergoing outpatient and partial hospitalization mental health programs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages active participation and engagement.
- Develop and implement group activities and discussions aligned with treatment goals.
- Foster a sense of community and collaboration among group members.
- Monitor and address individual needs and challenges within the group setting.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals during group sessions.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure the integration of group therapy into individual treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of group sessions and participant progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation standards.
