Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 (24 months).
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, including a lunch break of 30 to 45 minutes.
• Weekends and gazetted public holidays are off.
Requirements:
• At least a GCE O-Level certificate or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in a school.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Approach pupils and colleagues in a friendly manner and follow through on assigned work.
Job Scopes:
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Prepare games, manipulatives and other teaching tools for Mathematics lessons.
2. Record loans and returns, check quantities and help the department maintain its stock.
3. Assist teachers with practical activities and performance tasks in the Mathematics room or foyer.
4. Photograph student achievers for noticeboard displays, prepare certificates and compile survey results.
5. Carry out related tasks assigned by the Head of Mathematics, Vice Principals or Administration Manager.
