PjM needs to work out material and system BOM management plans and provide end-to-end (E2E) management of materials for new projects. The role is responsible for providing weekly project material status updates to the project team and ensuring all supporting activities are completed on time to keep projects on schedule.

• Responsible for ensuring all materials for new server projects are available on time, including:
• Demand collection and optimization
• Material status tracking

• Responsible for development (Dev.) materials procurement

• Responsible for system BOM management

• Responsible for system sample management, including:
• BOM creation
• Material coordination with functional teams
• Supporting customer sample assembly
• Delivering samples to worldwide (WW) teams

• Coordinate with the IE team for material import and export activities
