Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Design: Build and optimize 5-10 monday.com client workflows weekly, addressing inefficiencies and enhancing processes.
- Client Management: Serve as the main contact, maintaining detailed notes and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Research best practices, implement integrations/automations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Customer Training: Provide expert guidance on monday.com features via email, video calls, and meetings.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with clients to refine procedures and achieve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years in a Project Manager or Solutions Architect role.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with monday.com.
- Experience in startups, with process development and team building.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make.com, and professional services.
