Full Stack Engineer (React + Node.js + PostgreSQL) – Remote LATAM
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to assist in the development of — an innovative web platform currently built with Strapi.
This is a full-time, remote position (LATAM-based) requiring approximately 200 hours per month (10 hours/day). The role involves both frontend and backend work, with opportunities to contribute to AI-integrated tools and data automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement new features for model-scouting.com using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with the team on architecture, design, and feature planning.
Build and maintain web scrapers and AI-powered Chrome extensions that support the platform’s data pipeline.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ensure high code quality, scalability, and performance optimization across the stack.
Contribute to continuous integration, deployment, and testing best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role (minimum 4+ years preferred).
Proficiency in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with Strapi CMS or similar headless CMS frameworks.
Familiarity with web scraping tools (e.g., Puppeteer, Cheerio, Playwright) and browser extension development.
Understanding of AI/ML integrations or interest in working with AI-driven tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills (English C1 required).
Based in Latin America, with availability for extended working hours (approx. 10 hours/day).
Nice to Have
Experience integrating AI models or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
Background in data visualization or analytics tools.
Previous work on startups or high-growth projects.
