Salary: $1,800 – $2,500/month (USD)

We’re looking for a skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist to help elevate a fast-growing digital agency’s online visibility. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for LATAM-based candidates only, working closely with content and marketing teams to drive organic growth through smart, strategic SEO execution.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy
• Optimize on-page elements like titles, meta tags, and internal links
• Perform technical audits and implement SEO improvements
• Collaborate with writers to ensure SEO best practices
• Monitor performance using tools like GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Share insights and progress through clear reporting

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of search engine behavior and ranking factors
• Proficiency with SEO tools and basic HTML/CSS
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• English fluency (Spanish is a plus)

Bonus Skills

• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS
• Familiarity with local SEO and CRO principles
