About the Role

TalentCross is hiring for our client: A remote Account Manager to help maintain strong communication between the agency and its clients. You’ll work closely with the delivery team to ensure expectations are clear, updates are consistent, and outcomes are excellent. This is a full-time, hourly, exempt position.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with regular communication, including updates on the status of their projects.
• Facilitate the communication of critical information between the client and the team to ensure mission clarity.
• Daily management of ClickUp projects and deadlines.
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

KPIs

• Clients hear from us 10 times per month, with a minimum of 2 touchpoints per week.
• 90% of tasks are completed on or before the deadline for every client.
• Every client has clear next steps after any call within 24 hours.
• Clients and team members receive a weekly status update with the details of their projects.

Role Requirements

• 5 years experience serving in an account management role.
• Proven ability to facilitate project-based client relationships.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technological proficiency: Slack, ClickUp.
