1. Strategic Business Proposal & Margin Management: Drive key ODM project acquisition (RFP/RFQ/RFI) by defining competitive pricing strategies, overseeing comprehensive cost structures, and ensuring overall portfolio profitability and margin optimization.
2. Business Scoping & Risk Governance: Lead executive reporting and internal kick-off high-value business proposals. Ensure rigorous ROI evaluation, clear business scoping, and proactive technical risk assessment.
3. Team Leadership & Process Optimization: Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers. Establish and continuously optimize cross-functional operational frameworks to maximize departmental efficiency, elevate ROI, and mitigate systemic project risks.
4. End-to-End NPI Oversight: Steer the product lifecycle for ODM projects, ensuring robust management from concept to mass production.
5. Resource & Financial Planning: Formulate and manage the annual COM ODM department budget, aligning resource allocation strategically with corporate business goals.
6. Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management: Act as the strategic bridge across Sales, R&D, and Manufacturing, resolving conflicts and managing expectations to deliver on both client and internal commitments.
