As a project and cost management apprentice within our Facility Management department, you will participate in structuring and monitoring the department's budgetary performance, while contributing to cross-functional projects with high operational impact. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and deployment of dashboards and reporting tools for monitoring the department's budget
• Contribute to the collection, consolidation, and analysis of financial and operational data
• Take part in proposing performance indicators adapted to the department's challenges
• Support the coordination and monitoring of department projects by identifying risks and proposing corrective actions
• Support the drafting of operational objective specifications
• Occasionally participate in quality and HSE investigations according to the department's needs

About you

• Technical and interpersonal skills: rigor, good interpersonal skills, proactive approach. Proficiency in the Office suite, interest in data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering, project management, or general engineering
• Languages: intermediate English
